The culture is fun and collaborative, the work is challenging and fast-paced, cool office space, flexible work hours and ability to work from home, tons for free food, super smart and supportive people that really like to hang out together

Cons

May not be the best fit for someone who doesn't want fast-paced work or to do consulting
