Great environment, busy management

-excellent coworkers -a lot of brain power in that company -lots of excellent work being done there -laid back atmosphere -people willing to spend time to help you -little red-tape -lenient work from home days

Cons

-management is way too busy to spend time with you -no set standard on how to do things -may not know what client you'll be on until last minute

Great people and fun times at p202! Everyone pulls together to get the job done. Breakfast Taco Tuesday Bagel Friday Snacks and sodas provided Awesome coffee machine

Cons

A few growing pains. Not too many cons other than that. Just the usual as with any job.

- Working with great people that challenge you - REAL User Experience & Development work - Building out solutions to launch, start to finish - Following modern UX practices, including deep customer research - Ability to grow many great skills: craft, people management, sales - Working with the best teams in town - Ability to try out many different types of organizations and projects

Cons

- Consulting isn't for everyone - You actually have to pull your own weight! If you're looking to hide, not for you!
