- Good projects - A desire from top to bottom to do things right - UX design that actually involves the study of users - A focus on mentorship and the growth of every employee - solid benefits - great perks - amazing people - great place to make real career progress - a constant evolution of processes, methodologies, and leadership translates to a workplace that gets better every day - best place I have ever worked

Cons

Apparently this app wants 20 words worth of cons, so I have type enough that it will accept my entry as valid. (Bad UX)

Of the many places I have worked in my life, I must say that the welcome I've received here is second to none. it's clear that people here are not only passionate (and damn good) about what they do for a living, but they genuinely like each other. The supportive, collaborative atmosphere is why I joined; the amazing thoughtful human-centered approach is why i'll be proud to represent P202.

Pros

They truly care about employee happiness and work-life balance. Nice office with a good view, lots of good food and drinks, including a keg, fun activities, good amount of vacation and other benefits. We get a lot of interesting clients to work with and there is a common goal of creating great experiences without cutting corners.

Cons

Some growing pains, though I feel they are truly striving to smooth these as much as possible. The sales teams often seems to be valued more than delivery. Some bad clients are signed alongside the good ones.
