Pros

Amazingly smart developers that are a riot to be around. It is rare to find a job that makes you excited to get up in the morning. They provide tons of learning opportunities, from mentoring, to lunch n' learns, to conferences.

Cons

Can't think of one, despite the 5 word minimum.

Pros

If you are a developer and don't want to work for somebody else for the rest of your life - this is an amazing place to learn how great software is developed. If you are hard working and ambitious you can learn fast and become insanely good at everything.

Cons

If you just want a cushy 9-5, this place is not for you. Otherwise go for it

Pros

I had good managers who took the time to mentor me. Leadership was usually available for conversation or feedback. I was able to set out personal goals and the team worked with me to make them happen.

Cons

After being acquired, the company (naturally) had a cultural shift that was more business and money focused, leading to an exodus of design talent.
