Pros

There was a great culture of learning, advancement opportunities, and career support. There's still a few exciting project opportunities to be had and some cool new clients I'd be thrilled to work with if the company can close the contracts.

Cons

Upper management (corporate) is a slave to the mighty dollar. If they can't decide between a design and people-focused culture, accepting any project that comes their way, they're going to lose everything that made them successful to this point. The parent company is forcing prioritization of revenue over quality and variety of output.

There are pockets of great people doing great work.

Cons

Total lack of culture. Big promises with zero follow-through. Mis-manged from the top down. White men get promotions based solely on the fact that they can put together a flashy presentation that lacks all substance. Leadership is painfully out of touch with the employees. Questions are met with punishment.
