Some great middle leadership that really care about their employees...

Cons

...but the work is usually staff aug that sometimes gets to consult, so you're working for the client - YMMV from project to project. Parent company is completely clueless about the consulting model.

Amazing unlimited PTO (and they encourage you to take it). Plus 120 or so sick hours per year. And 11 holidays. Plus their Health coverage is affordable (Cigna) and their Workers Comps and STD/LTDisability is generous. Nice to have Amdocs as parent company.

Cons

Wish office was in more hip area of town, East Austin for example. (It's near UT.)
