Pros

The team members are good at what they do and also open to discussion.

Cons

I found this company to be very disorganised. There is no clear architecture of who is doing what, so you will find yourself stuck in endless meetings discussi g nonsense. It was not a pleasure experience and would definitely never work with them again.

Good underlying bones, undergoing transition

Pros

I had good managers who took the time to mentor me. Leadership was usually available for conversation or feedback. I was able to set out personal goals and the team worked with me to make them happen.

Cons

After being acquired, the company (naturally) had a cultural shift that was more business and money focused, leading to an exodus of design talent.
