Given autonomy to carry out projects to completion. Company trusted you to do what's needed to get the job done. Managers were there to provide support and guidance as needed. You had multiple people you could lean on for complex issues/questions.

Cons

Need to work on standards in the development lifecycle. Pay could be more in line with the market.

We have noted your feedback on the development lifecycle and pay. Over the last 4 years we have been in growth mode and acquired several new offices. That phase has now subsided and allowed us to pause, assess standards and put a plan together. As mentioned in previous company All-Hands this year, a new career pathing model is currently underway which we are excited about!
