The team members are good at what they do and also open to discussion.

Cons

I found this company to be very disorganised. There is no clear architecture of who is doing what, so you will find yourself stuck in endless meetings discussi g nonsense. It was not a pleasure experience and would definitely never work with them again.

Sad seeing a company build their own demise

Bright, talented people trying their best

Cons

Deteriorating culture. Been on a fast downhill trajectory since the Amdocs acquisition, and it's only accelerated since the original founders peaced out. Not sure what is actually the case, but at worst, upper management is greedy; at best, ignorant. People are being put on disorganized, dead-end projects and whatever the client wants is what happens. If you complain, the response is more or less "Suck it up." It's a shame because when I first joined, I truly enjoyed my work here.

Projekt202 has grown rapidly through an acquisition strategy and we have received other feedback regarding our culture. Since the Amdocs acquisition there has been almost 100% turnover in company leadership with our most recent changes in the past two months.
