- Immense growth opportunity - Company focuses on and encourages learning - rePurpose Global is on an upward slope - Diverse and talented team to learn from - Fresh culture that understands the importance of non-traditional things like productivity and actively works on improving it

Cons

There's so much work. It's a good thing for me because there's so much to learn but others might not be okay with it
