- great work environment - team is vibrant and energetic and strives for excellence - real impact - work is quite cutting edge in enabling tangible impact in a manner that is highly scalable - very creative solution and innovative approach to creating infrastructure for waste management - very open to experimentation and learning by doing -- huge learning opportunities - focus on productivity improvement sees constant refinement in ways and technologies of working and helps keep work style fresh and fun - open to new ideas from all directions - founders are very passionate, dedicated, and very quick learners

Working has rePurpose Global has been one of the most energizing environments that I have had the privilege to be a part of. - awesome young team full of smart, passionate individuals who are extremely dedicated to their work and mission - innovative solution to creating impact at scale in the field of waste management - extremely supportive and understanding colleagues. No corporate politics whatsoever , just a great team dedicated to getting stuff done. - always learning and innovating on how to achieve outsized returns with limited resources - makes for a great learning-oriented environment - great pay - expected to take a discount for working in the impact sector but they are trying to be competitive in terms of attracting and retaining an extremely competent team. several career growth opportunities - willingness to adapt and iterate very rapidly allows freedom to be very creative
