Pros
Working at Rex enabled me to reach my full potential. I have been able to develop skills sets in areas of tech entrepreneurship that I was not strong in or was not aware that I needed. The Rex eco-system provided support in architecture, product and finance that has enabled me to focus on GTM and innovation. I have been able to work with very resourceful entrepreneurs in order to enable growth for us all. I have been given the autonomy to lead a team of 10 people and develop skill sets that will serve me as a leader in any future endeavor.
Cons
The leadership is ambitious and pushes hard to create the vision of the company. This creates some things that fall through the cracks and pushes the companies to compensate for the oversights. Decisions are made fast and sometimes this creates issues with teammates understanding the root logic behind the decisions.
