You will be working closely with a management team that has already built a large company. They are always trying to educate themselves on how to tackle huge problems in the teach/real estate space. This team has launched 10 tech startups and they are all part of one team. My skills are used across multiple companies, and the holding company. It's exciting to work with highly talented people of various disciplines. I have meet some of the best people in my career working here. Earlier in my career I was part of a fast-paced tech company where we are part of 6 acquisitions and 2 mergers in under 18 months. That was nothing compared to Rex. This is the most high-paced work environment that I have ever been at/heard of.
Cons
You are given ownership of high level tasks, but the strategies can often shift, causing you to lose ownership of your projects. Because we are in a volatile startup environment, responsibilities and roles shift a lot. Your co-workers can be moved across multiple startups during their time here.
