      Great place to work to really test yourself. Ton of opportunities to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. Very collaborative, driven and entrepreneurial environment.

      I’ve had an excellent experience here. Leadership is supportive, the culture encourages new ideas, and there’s genuine collaboration across teams. The company is growing fast, and you can really see the impact of your work. There are many career advancement opportunities.       Pros

      Rex is very mission-driven and full throttle. If you’re smart, resourceful, and proactive, you’ll grow faster here than anywhere else. I can confidently say the teammates at Rex are some of the sharpest and most ambitious people I’ve ever worked with. Rex knows how to hire! It's rare to work in a place where the mission isn't just words on the website but displayed and carried forward by each and every team, whether that is in real estate, tech, or another initiative. The mission isn't just fluff. We serve others and build tech products to make an impact.

      Cons

      This isn’t a 9am-5pm place. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and plans are constantly evolving. We are always reiterating and looking to improve. You need to be adaptable and okay with a bit of chaos at times. We are growing and scaling fast. With that said, don't burn yourself out. Know your limits. Take time off. People often say “balance” like it’s a 50/50 split but it’s never that clean. Find harmony between your personal life and work life. Recharge!
