Great Team with Huge Potential

Pros

-Everyone is truly passionate about what they are working on -Unparalleled company-wide transparency -Many senior team members in the team who are willing and able to mentor while still huge opportunity to develop for all levels -Great focus on D&I -Healthy work-life balance as there is great value placed on being highly-focused while at work (few meetings, logical communication guidelines, etc.)

Cons

-Very high bar when it comes to hiring new team members which can stagnate growth even though I think it's the correct decision to keep the bar high
