This company doesn't forget that we're all people and while there's a lot of hard work to be done we take the time and effort to ensure that we are all having fun along the way. There's a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion and accommodation to varying work-styles. The leaders are transparent about decisions and don't distance themselves from the rest of the company. Management is open to engineers taking on projects from another field of interest in order to progress their knowledge and experience. My favorite time of the day is lunch when we all sit together and chat or crack jokes while we eat.

Feedback oriented culture: I've felt that I've been able to give and receive feedback safely with my immediate team, and with things that I don't work on often.
