-Wonderful and extremely talented team, some of the best in Silicon Valley focused on important next generation transportation problems -Very flat structure where growth and learning are prioritized, facilitated by excellent and broad communication across all areas of business -Rapid growth is being wonderfully managed, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion

Cons

- with so many different opportunities in front of rideOS, it's the challenge of deciding what paths to go down. It's a great challenge to have

Experienced team with relevant track record, fast-moving, clear product-market fit, Sequoia-backed, employees have a ton of autonomy, endless list of interesting tech challenges, located in SF.

Cons

There is a lot to build and a ton of work, the idea is good so competition is gearing up, the industry is experiencing very large changes and the future and who will win is anyone's guess.

- Still a small company, lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth - Autonomous vehicle market is super exciting to work in - Plenty of interest from customers and flat management structure provides opportunity for taking on larger responsibilities - Excellent work/life balance
