Pros

Experienced team with relevant track record, fast-moving, clear product-market fit, Sequoia-backed, employees have a ton of autonomy, endless list of interesting tech challenges, located in SF.

Cons

There is a lot to build and a ton of work, the idea is good so competition is gearing up, the industry is experiencing very large changes and the future and who will win is anyone's guess.

- Still a small company, lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth - Autonomous vehicle market is super exciting to work in - Plenty of interest from customers and flat management structure provides opportunity for taking on larger responsibilities - Excellent work/life balance
