If you like to work extremely hard and not be rewarded for it, then this is the place for you!

Cons

They will take advantage of you and don't care one bit about your well being. Executive management are under qualified and manipulate you on a regular basis.

-Experience with apple products -Discount on accessories (things not made by apple) -Good store manager

I read some of the other reviews on here so ill point out some that i strongly agree with: -Poor corporate management -Constant email cheerleading and poorly structured and set up mobility conference calls. -Lack of some very important inventory -They keep opening up new stores and can't even support the current ones -Pay is terrible (they bring you in with the idea that you'll be making a good pay but you end up realizing you will never make a commission so your a full time employee making minimum wage) -Its all about the GP (gross profit) -They never advertise in any real way. It really frustrates you when you have 8 customers your whole 8 hour shift. -They have so much talk about their values and culture but they never really mean anything and I'm not sure why I need to pledge to enjoy life - just seems irrelevant to a business. -The schedule is never made on time. -The apple service side seems to neglect some of the steps and rules by apple. We don't have all the apple tools or follow all of the steps in fixing something. Seems second rate for being 'Apple Authorized' for warranty work. The excuse seems to be that we can't afford it. (iPhone bottom screws, black sticks etc) iFit it kits???
