Pros

You learn a great deal about Apple Products. Many, including myself, already come in with the idea they know a lot about what iPhones and Macbooks can do because we've used them for so long. However, At least once a week I would learn something new about them. You also can become certified for using several apple products.

Cons

The pay is minimum wage. All of the hard work, training and required staff meetings are not worth the pay they offer. Yes, you can make money on commissions, but it isn't that simple.

Pros

I love the people I work with and it is a great environment where we actually help customers more than just try and sell them new things. It's our job to make sure the customers are 100% taken care of.

Cons

Pay for sales is only $7.25 plus commission. And you really have to work hard to get a decent paycheck. On a busy Christmas month I made an extra 1000 which isn't the best.
