Pros
springbig has a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Every single person, regardless of cultural background, lifestyles, etc., works well with one another to make this company successful and keep it growing. The company does a great job of making new employees feel included immediately, and does small things for its employees that, to me, mean a lot such as buying lunches, providing free yoga, team bonding games, flexibility in remote work.
Cons
I've never worked for a small, start up company so there are some things that seemed so natural to me coming from a large corporation, such as a designated HR rep, or having a more firm remote vs. in office schedule.
