- Major room for growth - Fun atmosphere - Freedom to work independently (no micro-managing here!) - Leadership trusts the employees - Diverse team of employees and leadership (there is a seat for ANYONE at the table regardless of gender, age, or race if they are the best person for the job) - Things change often bc I love new challenges and it helps ensure I never get bored

Cons

Springbig is a fast-paced place to work. I can see that being a con for people who don't like change because the company is flexible and pivots quickly.

Pros

Warm and welcoming from Day 1. Great atmosphere with supportive leadership. Having worked in some very competitive sales environments previously, it was refreshing to find a place where the sales team doesn't try to outshine each other. They support each other and help each other to grow, learn and be successful. This is clearly a trickle down mentality from the top. They're also open to feedback and welcome suggestions to improve the business and culture. I feel like what I say matters.

Cons

With the freedom and support to manage your own day, you have to be self motivated. Not quite a con, more like a PSA. Extra direction and support will be provided if you ask.
