Love the workplace culture! Everyone really loves working with and respects one another. There are tons of perks like casual dress code, fun group of people who are also very smart and passionate about the cannabis industry, Friday office Olympics, and spirit days. One of the best perks if unlimited PTO, also free snacks. Overall, the industry is so exciting and there is so much to learn and lots of room for growth.

Cons

As with any start-up, things can change very quickly so you have to be willing to be flexible and agile when your priorities may change from one day to the next. We all wear many hats and the work is very fast-paced which is great for some but if you aren't used to this it can be an adjustment.

Some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Free lunch and team games on Friday's. We work very closely with each other and everyone's ideas are taken into consideration. It is a start-up with a very cool start-up vibe. The company culture is amazing!! Great company to work for and I can see tremendous growth opportunities for myself and other employees her.

Nothing, I think as we grow and changes happen our company with evolve into the company everyone wants to work for!
