Employees work on exciting projects and are also given opportunities to grow with the company, provided they meet the qualifications of the role per the job description. People are our most important asset. We have low turnover and have gone from 50 to 148 employees in 15 months. Many employees have come through the ranks and there are lots of opportunities for growth as the organization continues to expand.
