Everything is good until it's not

Cons

Poor leadership New features and deployments are pulled from thin air. When an update/fix is launched it screws up everything else that was running well. Customer Success Managers are burnt out. They are overworked and underpaid, lying to customers about the outlook of the product and company. People in leadership roles are too afraid to stand up to the CEO & head of product (father and son).
