Disorganized, horrible leadership, poor startup, the ship is sinking

You have great coworkers to support you when you need it but that’s about it.
Cons
Poor management and promises not delivered. Lack of transparency and make you believe everything is fine while the ship is sinking. A lot of nepotism and megalomaniac in this company. People were promoted to a position they don’t have experience with which creates a beautiful chaos in the overall organization. Whoever is supposed to lead you would kindly stab you in the back just to look great in front of upper management. A lot of things are being said behind closed doors and you are no longer being respected as a human being. Lately, there was a lot of layoffs in this company, you don’t know if you will still be there the next day. It gets to the point where you become a resource and you are replaceable at anytime. They don’t even have the decency to have a meeting with you to tell you that you are terminated, they will simply deactivate your account and access with no warnings even if you always performed. If they don’t respect their employees then imagine being a customer…
