Everything is good until it's not

Cons

Poor leadership New features and deployments are pulled from thin air. When an update/fix is launched it screws up everything else that was running well. Customer Success Managers are burnt out. They are overworked and underpaid, lying to customers about the outlook of the product and company. People in leadership roles are too afraid to stand up to the CEO & head of product (father and son).

- Great Coworkers and team, wanting to do the right thing! - Respectful culture, Positive attitude to get things done - Make things better every day we come to work via collaborative teams. - Company growth is impressive, yet we are nimble to ensure the customers get personalized attention. - There are lots of great opportunities for professional development and encourage thinking outside the box, taking classes - Even in the interview process we take culture fit seriously that we have folks on the interview who look out for any red flags. - Company promotes remote work culture based on the team you are coming on. If you in the office, we get free lunches on Mondays and Wednesday's.

Cons

No company is perfect, as we have this impressive growth; We look at evolving our tech stack, we don't get hung up on what didn't work, but focus on what is happening right, put that in motion (not just words). The growth mindset is what is appreciated!
