As a reminder, we have an open door policy and our leadership team is available to meet with you at any time to discuss your concerns. Regarding management not caring about mistakes or whether employees know how to perform their jobs, this is incorrect. Springbig has mechanisms in place to manage performance and track errors. Managers review staff during their 30-60-90 day points and also perform annual performance reviews. Additionally, job descriptions exist for every position and we ensure that we hire people with relevant experience. Springbig has a 90 day “You fit/ We fit” period where we assess performance so that if an employee is underperforming they are given opportunities to improve and if they do not, they are managed out of the organization. With regards to promotions, employees are given an opportunity to be promoted from within, provided they meet the qualifications of the role per the job description. We share news of company performance in our "all hands" meetings, however if you have any specific concerns, please do not hesitate to contact anyone on the leadership team.
