Pros

They pay you, not much, but they pay you. Work/life balance is fine. Work ends when you clock out.

Cons

Overreliance on Temp employees. The only way to get hired is to know someone higher up. Most departments focused more on passing blame than fixing problems. Different set of rules for the executives than the normal employees.
