Great people to work with, the people they hire they do train well. If not, you get thrown in and in order to float you have to do well.

Cons

Management has no idea how do the job you do. All they think they know how to do is manage.

Pros

The crew I supervised was excellent and profesional in the performance of thier duties. We all consistently went over and beyond expectations.

Cons

Upper management can be short sided and transitions more than it should. They did have an excellent manager that was a mentor to all of the employees, but the replacement manager fell far short of being a good leader.
