Pros

At syncreon you will be given incredible chances to contribute to projects and decisions that you wouldn't be able to at a larger company, or even many of the same size.

Cons

The leadership tends to be wishy washy and follow the breeze. Most of the middle management gets too caught up in political battle with their peers to adequately manage their teams, leaving it up to the lower level management to get results. If you are producing results at your current level, don't expect to be moved up any time soon.

syncreon is the place to work if you enjoy a culture of independence. You will need to train yourself on your position, learn the needs of the customers, by trial and error, and dig deep to find out the Company's goals and vision. This is a company that could be great and drive change in the 3-4PL Industry. syncreon has a unique service offering that needs to be cultivated, embraced and properly presented to the marketplace.

Cons

Bright talent doesn't remain long at syncreon. Company culture is draining. There is no positive feedback for the associate. There is no accountability and poor performance is often rewarded.
