Pros

A young growing company that supports some of the best brands in the country. talentReef has provided me a place to grow and develop my skills while having the ability to move up to new challenges. The culture is a perfect fit, colleagues are expected to work hard but are also provided opportunities to truly enjoy their work. I would highly recommend talentReef to someone who wants an opportunity to be a part of a growing company.

Cons

New hire training is continuing to get better but it is still a growing company. You are expected to learn on the fly. I think this will continue to improve but if you're expecting to go under the radar this probably isn't the best place for you.

This industry is growing and there is room for growth within the company. If you work hard enough you have the opportunity for promotion.

Cons

Working here was like High School all over again. Unless you fit in with the clique you will not receive the help/training you need.
