Minimal Downtime was Painful

Pros

The company paid 100% for some of the benefits. It was an advantage I liked as I don't like companies that make employees pay a huge chunk of the benefits.

Cons

The company offered a minimum downtime, and I had to attend a lot of calls. It became painful at times because it had impacted my body and mind.

Pay improvement is needed

Pros

The company believes in teamwork and hitting the set goals as a team. It was something I really liked here.

Cons

Though the work is tough, the pay doesn't match the effort we put in. The management would be wise to re-look at the pay and offer higher compensation to the top performers and people who contribute more to a team than others.

Great first job out of college

Pros

Working downtown was awesome, paid parking, OKAY benefits, pathetic 401k match, office gym, was able to work from home due to the pandemic. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Lots of movement and new processes put into place with little guide. Lengthy emails from a person that starts with the letter K…hard to follow along and half the email is just filler words. Raises but still underpaid, the 1k bonus is like a slap to the face. Management encourages overworking, I once was actually pointed out and acknowledged for working after hours. Company is about inclusivity , but it’s really far from that. TalentReef has people in management positions that shouldn’t be and have no idea how to manage and lead a group to success. OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID. Valuable assets are leaving the company because the appreciation ($$$) is low.

We also offer flexible time off that allows employees to take the time they need to rest and recharge. Salary is in line with market average and an annual compensation review process is in place to ensure pay is competitive.
