Pros

Two things I liked. They were the reasons I stuck here for as long as I did. The first was health benefits., and the second was the work from home option.

Cons

If you are new in the industry, don't join this company. The pay is miserably low at the junior levels, and the job is quite frustrating. There is no downtime, and no workload is on the higher side usually.

I didn't come across any pros while working at this company. If I did, I would have told you about it.

Cons

The work environment was very stressful and hectic. I didn't get any downtime I desperately needed. The workload was mostly higher than I had imagined it would be.
