Our leadership team is communicative and keeps the team informed on important matters and initiatives – it’s part of our amazing culture. Great product to sell that drives a lot of value for our customers. It's great to see some additional support across teams to help sell: product, marketing, support. Leadership has a good direction on our future growth and how we continue to get better at supporting our customers. Employees across the organization can really make an impact and improvements.

Cons

It was a little tough to sell through the pandemic but it seems like everything has bounced back and we are headed in a better direction.

Free food and kombucha makes it fun.

Cons

Dealing with the clients, product management, and the entire team is very stressful. The job itself is already challenging, and having to deal with all these people makes it a lot more challenging.

Our office is specifically designed to meet the needs of our team and that includes a fully stocked kitchen with kombucha on tap. Our employees are challenged in their careers every day in support of their growth and development, and we’re proud to have the best individuals on our team to serve our customers. The product management team is under new leadership and has new hires that have rounded out the team, better meeting the needs of our customers and team. TalentReef was recently named among Colorado’s Best Places to Work by Built In for 2021. We regret you didn’t have a great experience during your time here and wish you the best in your career.
