Pros
Company culture is unmatched by any other workplace I've been in. Everyone is pretty young and around the same age so your coworkers quickly become your friends. Lower management is fantastic. It's a work hard play hard environment and you get rewarded for your hard work. Great opportunities for professional growth and your immediate managers consistently push their employees towards that growth. Company parties every quarter. Lots of free food in the kitchen, beer and kombucha on tap, and a relaxed dress code.
Cons
For a software company, the software itself is not up to where it needs to be. Upper management makes a lot of promises and then fails to deliver. SOPs need to be nailed down. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication between departments (i.e. sales tells clients one thing, operations has to reset client expectations which can ultimately lead to contract churn).
