Pros

You'll get mixed feedback if you scroll through these reviews - your opinion of the company, I believe, is all related the type of person you are and when you joined the company (so much has changed for the better in the past 2 years). If you have the work ethic and tenacity to succeed, you will thrive here - I have never met an executive team that so heavily praises work ethic and not just numbers. You will also become passionate about this product - when people see it, they want it. The CEO is heavily involved with the sales team - also a unique benefit with a quickly growing company. Location in Cherry Creek north is awesome, dress is casual. I would highly recommend this company!

Cons

Cons, again, are related to the type of person you are. You must be a self starter and have the ability to work in a high pressure sales environment where the expect not just quarterly, but monthly results (again, the product is amazing and headed in an awesome direction, so sales cycles do move quickly!).

Pros

Open-minded executive team that is willing to try new processes Good work/life balance Great group of funny, creative, and hardworking people to work beside.

Cons

This fairly new start-up is a fast-paced and energetic environment. If you are used to a slower pace, you may not like it.

Pros

talentReef promotes an environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded, regardless of position level or tenure. As a rapidly growing company, where new ideas and creative thinking is not only welcomed but encouraged, each employee can make meaningful contributions that drive the future of the company. The company culture is fast paced and high-intensity but casual and supportive. Work-life balance is a major focus for managers allowing team members to enjoy themselves and forget about work after projects are completed. From the executive team down, people are smart, motivated and experienced, creating an environment where you are contstantly working with people who push you to be better and help you develope professionally. Being a small organization, there are ample opportunities for career growth and working in different departments. Everyone honestly wants you to succeed and will do what they can to ensure your professional and personal goals are achieved.

Cons

As with many small companies growing at a quick pace, individual priorities often shift to align with company goals. This requires you to be flexible and enjoy new challenges as you move between projects. Employee’s are also expected to wear many different hats, which can push you past your comfort zone but ultimately helps you build your skill set.
