Pros

Everything. It is an exciting place to work with lots of growth and happy people. The CEO is extremely involved and and engaged with the workforce. He still hires every person at the company, and make time to anyone who needs help or just wants to talk. Also, some of the best company gatherings I've see, but a lot of that is because the people who work here are such cases a pleasure to be around.

Cons

Don't really have any...It'd be nice to have free bagels every morning

Pros

During my time at talentReef/JobApp I've seen some wonderful careers start. It is a great place for recent grads to get their feet wet and learn. Each employee gets exposure to the ins and outs of the business. No matter the level of experience, you will learn and hone your craft at talentReef and make an impact.

Cons

It is a fast moving environment that isn't meant for everyone.

Pros

They give you a bright and shinny title to put on your linkedin profile, and that is the only Pro I had about JobApp.

Cons

Leadership is very hands on, I have seen many of my coworkers get let go due to unrealistic expectations. Company values are very low. If you have a meeting with the CEO he will let you know how successful he has been in the past and how you are lucky to even be in his presence.
