No pros for me, it was a terrible company

Cons

Very limited diversity, managers are terrible, being in the office is required. They have no problem pushing people out that they don’t like.

I'm still grateful for the opportunity to learn and improve my customer service experience. I'd still treasure all those learnings wherever I go.

Cons

I got literally no time to catch my breath. It was a fast-paced environment and I needed to cope with the demands of the job that I forgot that I'm just a human without any superpowers. All these pressure took a toll on my health so I had to step back and made a big decision to quit.

Frustrating outdated systems

It wasn't difficult to get in. It's a fast and quite easy application process. I could say that it's a good enough job for someone just starting out their career.

Cons

The issue was in terms of the outdated technology that made our work extra challenging. Even if we wanted to do things efficiently, the systems won't cooperate and that's super frustrating
