Pros

Casual, fun group of guys in sales. Product and service is truly innovative as is the marketing speak and positioning.

Cons

Sales management paints a very rosey picture on the way in, once you're in, the truth hurts. Lots of departures, all over the sales spectrum from VPs to individual contributors.

Great product vision, huge market, rather simple to sell and market as everyone has QA challenges. I like the focus in growth and the additional offerings added often.

Cons

Working long hours Working with demanding customers Salary is OK, typical for a startup company Office location is not optimal for a young talent that lives in the metro area
