These are both areas of focus for us, in fact, the ISS organization has recently taken steps to evolve our product & engineering operating model and our release train structure which will position us to operate as one ISS Product and Engineering team moving towards a common goal and will build on the strength of everyone. This new model will also strengthen our lines of accountability across all levels of the organization.
