A Great Company That Keeps Me Coming Back

Pros

A team of doers from top to bottom. Leadership has more than a clue about what makes the business really tick--hiring smart people and taking care of them so they'll stay on board and on mission.

Cons

None to speak of...unless you prefer the status quo versus a culture where change and personal growth are encouraged, expected and inevitable.

Pros

The benefits are amazing, from a matching 401k to matching pension. A lot of fun events and still celebrates Christmas. IT & Sales Department (PS & PM's) Departments: Management is wonderful and lots of potential to grow fast. Accounting Department: Is some of the most dedicated workers at vAuto and potential to grow, if you have patience. Administration/Executive Assistants: They will go out of their way to help you with any of your duties.

Cons

Watch out! vAuto likes to hire a lot of contractors because they are easy to replace. Example, a former contractor just left because of the unlikely promises vAuto said they would keep and never followed through with any of them. A lot of the blame game goes on at vAuto and they blame it all the on the contractors. Marketing Department: Management has many pockets of poor leadership and lack of accountability exists. Sorry "founder", but management is keeping you out of the loop of Salesforce.com and your customers are mad with the late invoices your company is sending out. The new "VP" is making too many changes and losing great talent.
