Pros

- You have a clear impact towards the company success. Everything you do well will directly contribute to it. - Great team, great coworkers. - The executive team is very transparent. Transparent about running experiments to find a scalable model, as well as communicating the results. - Data driven decision making supplemented with good intuition.

Cons

- Being in a startup trying to find scalable growth is inherently risky, it's not for everyone, depends on your circumstance and what you want. Things often change based on the results of various experiments, and it can get a bit hectic.

Fantastic founders, can't say enough how great they are. Really smart people working with you. Cool mission

Cons

In my time, pay was eh. They tried to fix it but didn't really succeed from what I've heard.

- Get to work with interesting, cutting edge technologies - Really excellent, unique people - Opportunity to learn from skilled staff in all areas of the company - Freedom to choose your work and career direction, with full support

Cons

- Sometimes disorganized - Steep learning curve (I don't really consider this a con--more of something to be aware of when working on new, sophisticated technologies) - Work/life balance typical of startups (once again, not worse than others, just something to consider)
