You will get a lot of exposure to the process of making tradeoffs for various design decisions and technical tools and frameworks. - Opportunities for accelerated career growth - you have significant control over it. - Cross-functional teams with a lot of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. I would describe these as things you should be aware of before deciding to take up a job here: - As with most startups, the most likely outcome of experiments is failure and working at x.ai requires a mindset that is ready for iteration and adaptation along the way. - Prioritization - You will not have a manager tell you what you should do and will have to make responsible choices through your development cycles.
