Recently, team members representing a variety of functions came together for a Team Lead Lunch & Learn focused on how everyday leadership strengthens operational excellence across our organization. Hosted by our Continuous Improvement team and featuring remarks from our President, VJ Teenarsipur, the session emphasized the important role Team Leads play in identifying opportunities, challenging the status quo, solving problems at the source, and driving meaningful improvements that strengthen business performance. We believe the best ideas come from those closest to the work. By investing in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning, we're building stronger teams, better processes, and better outcomes for our customers, team members, and business.

Each jar is filled with toys and activities to bring moments of comfort, joy, and encouragement when it’s needed most. A reflection of the impact teams can make when we rally around a shared purpose and support the communities we serve.

From promoting wellness and green spaces to building cross-team relationships, The Root Awakening is all about cultivating community—one leaf at a time.
