Last month, our St. Louis, MO, office adopted a portion of Earth City Expressway through Missouri's Adopt-A-Highway program. Currently, more than 5,300 groups and 50,000 volunteers in the program are focused on making Missouri’s roadsides cleaner & more attractive for our residents and visitors. Last month, our Retail Group's Marketing Team came together in Manchester, NH, at Southern New Hampshire University for a two-day training and team-building event. The Marketing Team spent their two days learning, brainstorming, strategizing, and working together to build on their strengths. The team is already looking forward to the next event!

This month, we're featuring an essential member of our Marketing Team, Danielle Drake-Flam, Content Marketing Specialist! Danielle has been employed at CCA Global Partners since October 2020 and works to write national content & blogs for our retail brands, along with coordinating the production of our retail design magazines. Danielle explains how her past internship experience with CCA in 2018 encouraged her to return to join full-time, saying, "I was given the opportunity to contact our members & get down to business on day one. It was the amount of responsibility that they entrusted me with and the generosity of not only my peers but our supervisors & former Co-founder, Howard Brodsky, that made me realize what a special company CCA is." Danielle's favorite part about CCA is the support she's received from her mentors & the lasting friendships that have blossomed during her time here. This month, CCA Global Partners would like to recognize Chris Reynolds, Senior Marketing Manager. Chris has worked at CCA for over 11 years. His responsibilities include managing marketing technology & technical website integrations and specifications. He states that his favorite part about working for CCA is the creative empowerment the teams are afforded and how they are encouraged to share new ideas & solutions. Chris acknowledges his passion for technology & problem-solving, saying, "Understanding business needs & opportunities, exploring multiple solutions, modifying solutions to best fit our members' unique needs, testing it, & rolling out a digital tool that will help a local family business on their path to continued success is something I find very fulfilling." He identifies the most important thing he's learned over the past five years, explaining that, "It takes a lot of minds & different talents to make a difference. Between our teams and our membership, there is a wealth of knowledge to tap into."

This month, we're spotlighting one of CCA Global Partners' Accounts Payable & Inventory Managers, Jill Tsoulfanidis! Jill has worked at CCA for 27 years and considers her co-workers a second family. Jill considers herself lucky to manage such a great & productive team, and enjoys it "when we all pull together to accomplish a task." In her free time, Jill & her family love to camp, travel to watch her son play collegiate baseball, & cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals! Jill advises new hires of CCA, saying, "There are going to be hard days! Stick it out, ask questions, & get help when needed. This company goes above & beyond to help their employees. It will be well worth it in the end!"
