For this month’s employee spotlight say hello to Kennis Barker! Kennis started at CCA almost two and a half years ago as a Digital Content Coordinator for the marketing team and, after a year and a half, transitioned to the role of Cooperative Strategy Specialist. Her favorite part of working at CCA is, "getting to be a part of the Halloween Committee and socials for the Manchester office," which she sees as a cornerstone of CCA's sense of community. Below, Kennis shares her greatest piece of advice for new and potential hires.
