For this month’s leadership spotlight please say hello to Greg Brooks! Greg has been an integral part of CCA Global Partners for over four years. He was initially drawn to CCA to help build the National Installation Solution division, where he serves as the Senior Director of Operations. In this role Greg often measures homes himself, showing his hands-on approach and dedication to member success, which he feels is the best part of his job. Believe it or not, Greg has known he’s wanted to work in flooring since high school! Wow! Outside of work, you will find Greg spending quality time with his family, something he loves to do as much as he can. We truly appreciate Greg's unwavering commitment and enthusiasm here at CCA and look forward to many more years with him!

Congratulations to Dawn Skaggs on 20 incredible years here at CCA Global Partners! Dawn has held many positions within CCA, but since 2012 she has worked as a senior membership operations specialist for our Cooperative Group. Her hard work, motivation, and positivity are echoed by her boss, Director of Member Operations, Julie Carter, who says, "She not only accomplishes tasks with efficiency, but she also anticipates needs. This saves time and frustration for all on the back end. She often steps away from the immediate task to ask, 'What’s really happening here, and how can we help or improve it?'". Dawn works closely with members and collaborates with many divisions across CCA. Her dedication to accomplishing their goals is commendable, and she often goes above and beyond to help them. Outside of work, Dawn is a loving mother to her two children, Alex and Tessa. She also works at her local gymnastics gym, where she continues her love of the sport as a meet scorer for local competitions. Dawn's willingness to help everyone in and out of work is admirable, and we are fortunate to have her. Congratulations, Dawn, on your 20 years at CCA!

Today, he works hard supporting the ProSource team as a Senior Search & Data Analyst. Ryan's role includes constantly learning and adapting to stay ahead of ever-changing algorithms and best practices – and you'd never guess that Ryan spends time responding to Google reviews! When asked about the most important thing he's learned in the last three years, Ryan says, "How to break out of my comfort zone and take on new projects head on." What originally drew Ryan to CCA was the clear vision for his role and empowerment to make it his own. He encourages recent new hires to "Ask questions!" He loves the positive culture at CCA, saying "Coming into the office is consistently enjoyable and it seems people always have a smile on their face." His motto is "The journey is the reward." In his free time, Ryan enjoys cooking, watching soccer, and making music. Ryan is one of the rockstars here at ProSource, always bringing positivity and a willingness to take on new challenges and help his coworkers. 🤟

Maureen happily discusses the two aspects of CCA that captivated her from the start, "First, the corporate culture drew me to CCA: 'People over profits.' CCA treats its staff as family. Second, using the cooperative model to help small businesses thrive is inspiring; that effort could result in growing the middle class." Today, she most enjoys seeing the smiles on her colleagues' faces when they take a moment to pause and enjoy each other's company while at work. In her own words, Maureen's favorite activities outside of the office are "Baking and working out, because I bake." Today marks a monumental milestone for Accounts Payable Coordinator, Pam Piwowarczyk, and CCA Global Partners, as we celebrate her 30th work-iversary! 💙 Pam has been a crucial asset to CCA teams since her start with Carpet One Floor & Home on March 1st,1994. Since then, teams have watched Pam make meaningful strides in the workplace as well as reach milestones at home, raising her two daughters Jamie and Ashlee, and now having all kinds of fun with her two adorable granddaughters, Millee and Lola. Pam's supervisor, Jill Tsoulfanidis, chimes in on the value & vitality of her work for CCA, saying, "Pam is an integral part of our accounts payable team. She processes and pays all of the vendor invoices for our three corporately owned ProSource Wholesale showrooms, located in St. Louis, Fenton, and Collinsville. She is valued by both accounting and the showrooms. Pam is always positive and just a genuine pleasure to all she encounters."

CCA Global Partners is shining this month's spotlight brightly on Ariel Prittie, who plays a crucial role for @Carpet One Floor & Home as our Regional Business Consultant partnering with the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. Ariel feels privileged to be able to develop relationships with and support small businesses, while also believing that her role allows for continuous professional development with an opportunity to constantly grow her skills & knowledge in areas that she may not have been previously exposed to. Sharing her own knowledge through experience, Ariel articulates that, "Accepting change is not just about coping with the inevitable; it's about leveraging opportunities for growth, innovation, and resilience in both personal and professional aspects of life." She offers a reminder that "CCA is full of heart! Never stop asking questions, and make sure to write the answers down someplace safe!" When she's not working directly with our members, Ariel takes to the White Mountains for some local hiking, the kitchen for no-recipe cooking, or her toolbox for DIY home projects with the help of her black lab.
