#DENSOMéxico joins the commitment to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by making a donation of face shields to Clinic 4 of IMSS, made by our associates using 3D printing. We recognize the great effort and work of the medical staff in these difficult times. We are with you! #DENSOspirit
Our #MaryvilleTN team has been producing face shields for local health care workers. And now, they’ve sent 2,500 more face shields somewhere else – to our North American headquarters in #SouthfieldMI! This PPE will be distributed to hospitals and first responders in the metro-Detroit area, including: Southfield Fire Department, Ascension Health Michigan, Beaumont Health, Detroit Homeland Security & Emergency Management, and Hurley Medical Center. The #DENSOSpirit, which values teamwork and collaboration, is stronger than ever and shared by our employees throughout North America. We’re incredibly proud of the DENSO Family, and continually grateful to those helping protect the public.

We've always been committed to the places we call home! A few weeks ago, we created a COVID-19 Contribution Task Force. The amazing people involved will focus on manufacturing and donating PPE, supporting community organizations, and collaborating with our partners to fight this pandemic. We've also made a significant donation through our philanthropic arm and we've identified & notified organizations across NA where we operate. We're working with them to share more with you soon! #DENSOSpirit
DENSO Spirit is shining bright! The first official mass production shipment of DENSO Face Shields was sent from the #MaryvilleTN location. When Inksmith put out a call for help, DENSO #GuelphCN associate Mike Mansfield answered. Mike is 3D printing face shield components out of his own home and sending them to Inksmith to assemble for Canadian health care workers fighting COVID-19. As long as there is a need, Mike will keep printing #TheCanadianShield #DENSOSpirit
When the #BlountCountyRescueSquad reached out for supplies, our #DENSOMaryville location quickly responded! Right now, we're working on several efforts across our NA locations to combat COVID-19. More updates to come soon.
We’re so grateful to the health care workers risking their lives to save others, and we’ll continue to do our part to help protect them. DENSO in #GuelphCN donated 2,000 surgical masks to local paramedics and Guelph General Hospital. One of our associates there is even 3D-printing face shield components out of his home in response to a call out from local company InkSmith to produce face shields. How amazing is that? #TheCanadianShield #COVID19 https://bit.ly/3aBWMfi
We know that overcoming COVID-19 can’t be done alone. That's why we’re joining DENSO Wave’s D-Wave Systems Inc. initiative to use our expertise in quantum computing to help users find medical breakthroughs. Here’s just a few a few ways it can help the world fight COVID-19: -Analyzing new methods of diagnosis -Modeling the spread of the virus -Optimizing hospital logistics -Supply distribution -Pharmaceutical combinations We hope these efforts help find new ways to stop this virus.
