Meet Evan Stevens, our Human Resources Intern at Daifuku Intralogistics America! A student at Purdue University Northwest, Evan joined the team this summer to gain hands-on experience in the world of HR and he’s already making an impact. Though new to the material handling industry, Evan has quickly grown fascinated by the level of coordination, collaboration, and innovation that drives our operations. After discovering Daifuku while searching for internship opportunities, Evan was intrigued by the scale of the company and its role in shaping global logistics. Following a successful interview, he dove into learning more about the industry and joined our HR team with the goal of building real-world experience and a solid foundation in organizational leadership. “I’m eager to understand how HR supports organizational success and to grow through hands-on learning.” – Evan Outside of work, you’ll likely find Evan at the gym (5–7 days a week!), catching a Chicago Cubs game, enjoying the beach, or spending time with friends and family. Braden was eager to gain hands-on experience and apply the engineering knowledge he’s developed at Calvin University in a real-world setting. This internship is his launching pad into a career where curiosity meets practical impact. 🛠️ Internship Focus Braden is interning in our Product Engineering Development department through late August, where he's diving into projects that merge technical learning with real-world problem-solving. 🌟 What excites him about the material handling industry?
